About The Author

Jackie is an ice cream scooper, nanny, peer tutor, and full-time student at MassBay. A current sophomore in college, her long-term goals are to become an English professor and live a fulfilling life. Her short-term goals are to make it through the day relatively unscathed and get some sleep. Her medium-term goals are to read more and learn to create a variety of meals for herself and her family.

Jackie has lived in Massachusetts her whole life, which means she is tragically never far from a bitterly cold winter and overuses “wicked” in conversations. She loves naps and eating (not necessarily in that order), and hopes that this site inspires others to get creative in the kitchen or, at the very least, brightens up their day.
